Payment

The Company Accepts the following forms of payment: 

Cash: (instore only)

Debit/Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

In the event of The Company needing to issue a refund, we will endeavour to credit your account within 3-5 working days, although refunds are usually instant. Refunds cannot be made after your order has been prepared. If you need to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible on 01529 300009. 

Ordering

Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to prepare and cook the products ordered. If someone else placed the order on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent. 

Amendments to any order can only be made by telephone.  We reserve the right to deny your request if the order has already been prepared.

In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, please notify us by telephone as soon as is reasonably practical.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Our live estimated wait time is displayed clearly on every page of our website and during busy times there may be a slightly extended wait, although we do everything we can to prevent this.  If you fail to arrive on time to collect your order, we are unable to entertain complaints regarding food temperature/quality. If you will be late, please call us on 01529 300009 and we will postpone your order if it has not already been cooked.

If you fail to collect your order for any reason and we have prepared it then refunds will not be issued for any hot food that we have already prepared.

Products 

All items are subject to availability.  In most cases, we are able to offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item(s).  If we are out of stock when you have ordered online, an advisor will call you to discuss an alternative.  Should you require a refund, we will process the refund using the same method by which you paid, on the same day that the order was placed.

Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. For allergy advice, please refer to our allergy advice document. 

Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from meat and fish products, some may remain. 

Pizza Delivery

Delivery is available within a five mile radius to locations listed on the delivery information page. Any delivery orders submitted for locations to which we don't deliver will be refunded, or you will be given the option to collect and have your delivery fee refunded. Minimum spend for delivery is £15.00 with a £2.00 delivery charge to all locations.
